is a shining example of a musician that has been there and done that. He's held the throne for legends like Bob Dylan and Jerry Garcia, played on hundreds of recordings and chummed around with a who's who of musical talent through the 70's and is still going strong today. Hitting Hollywood in 1968 at age eighteen to work in the studio of Independent Recorders in the San Fernando Valley. There he learned from the masters of the day like Hal Blaine, Jim Gordon, Jim Keltner and John Guerin and shaped himself into an in demand studio drummer. The 70's brought session work with Joan Armatrading, T. Bone Burnett and touring with the Dutch group Focus, The Average White Band and Peter Frampton. David is also an accomplished painter and exhibits his works in some of the choice local California galleries.
